Type I Lower Arm Bar

The Cusco Type I lower arm bar features a tubular high-tension lightweight aluminum design, coated in anti-corrosive paint for protection against the elements. This bar improves body rigidity by connecting the lower arm points, thus preventing body flex and therefore dramatically improving steering rigidity, response and traction. The Cusco Type I bar is a 2-point setup and includes all the required hardware for installation. It bolts on easily using normal hand tools.

Type II Lower Arm Bar

The Cusco Type II lower arm bar features the same tubular high-tension lightweight aluminum design and anti-corrosion paint as the Type I. The difference though, is that this bar improves body rigidity by connecting the lower arm mounts in multiple positions rather than just two, thus greatly increasing the rigidity over the Type I style. Body rigidity is maintained on even the hardest of cornering and dramatically improves steering rigidity, response and traction. The Cusco Type II bar is a multi-point setup and includes all the required hardware for installation. It bolts on easily using normal hand tools.

Aluminum flywheels are made from the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum. The material is fantastic for strength, heat dissipation and of course reduction in weight. The friction surface we use is an incredibly strong 1050 steel. The plates are milled to meet our high specifications. This flywheel can mate with any type of clutch material, including organic, Kevlar, ceramic, metallic and sintered iron. We attach the friction surface with military grade aerospace fasteners. The ring gears we use are also made from 1050 steel and are heat treated for durability. The gears are heated then pressed on and secured with grade 8 button screws. We were the first to utilize a stepped dowel system in our flywheel. This doweling method ensures that once the pressure plate is installed the dowels cannot be removed because they become locked into place. Flywheels are designed and builds with extreme precision. The Type RS LSD had proved to be capable of competition use in the All Japan Gymkhana Championship without overhauling a single time during the season. With all drivers and teams finishing with good or championship results at the end of the season.

According to in house research, initial torque is 50 to 70% lower compared to the conventional cone plate type LSD enabling lower drive friction and better response.

 * Low power loss means better lap times for even the mild tuned of cars
 * Chattering is kept low
 * Improved durability as clutch plates are low pressured
 * The LSD efficiency is higher with smoother oil flow between plates.
 * Special precision springs, set in the pressure plate, assure steady coil movement

The last brake lines you will ever by for your vehicle. Will last forever compared to original OEM rubber. Improve vehicle brake performance and feel with Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines.

Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines provide a quicker, firmer, more consistent pedal response by maintaining consistent brake pressure. Additionally, stainless steel lines provide precision brake modulation, especially during threshold braking. The improvement in pedal feel is more dramatic on older vehicles where the factory rubber line may have softened and swelled due to age.
These brake lines consist of a PTFE (commonly referred to as Teflon) inner line that carries the brake fluid, which is then covered with a layer of stainless steel woven braid. The PTFE  tube is very resistant to expansion under pressure and will not degrade from exposure to brake fluid.

The braided stainless steel provides support for the PTFE and the weave is extremely durable against incidental impact and abrasion. Next the stainless braided hose is coated with a clear abrasion resistant PVC cover for maximum protection against chaffing and strain relief devices reinforce end fittings.

Everybrake line is 100% tested in-house to a pressure of 4,500 PSI. This is almost 4 times the typical line pressure exerted by a production vehicle's master cylinder.
These are made by a registered brake line manufacturer with the United States DOT and are manufactured to meet or exceed FMVSS 106 and applicable international and EU standards.
